EAST LIVERPOOL – Sam and Joann Burdine, East Liverpool, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 23 with a family picnic hosted by their children. They were married on July 23, 1966 in Pricetown, W.Va., by Russell King.
The couple have two children, Loretta (Clint) Miller, East Liverpool, and Sam Burdine, Jr., Paris, Ohio; and one grandson, Matthew Miller, East Liverpool.
