BERLIN CENTER – Jim and Linda Lude of Berlin Center will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Feb. 14.
The former Linda Jones married Jim Lude on Feb. 14, 1966 at Four Mile Run Christian Church with the Rev. Harry Hannum officiating.
The groom’s sister, the late Karen (Lude) Zeller, and William Zeller were their attendants.
Mr. Lude is retired from USS/Kobe in Lorain. Mrs. Lude is a retired nurse.
The couple have four children Kimberly (Jeff) Tuchfarber, Marysville, James Lude Jr., Ellsworth, Kenneth (Leslie) Lude, Salem, and Jason (Lori) Lude, Austintown. They have 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Their children are having an open house Feb. 20 at the Ellsworth Fire Station. No gifts, just bring a picture or a memory to share.
