Shirley May Hooper, 74, of 199 2nd Cross Street, Quaker City, Ohio (formerly of Antioch, Ohio) passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at her home.
She was born at Rogers, Ohio on September 9, 1939 a daughter of Elizabeth Dock Randolph who survives of Columbiana, Ohio and the late Charles S. Randolph.
She was a former china pottery worker in East Liverpool, Ohio and was a member of the Woodsfield Church of Christ, Woodsfield, Ohio.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hooper in September, 1995; two sons, Kenneth and Charles Green; one sister, Peggy Randolph; and a grandson, R.J. Baker.
Surviving in addition to her mother are two daughters, Sue (Dan) Carr of Wellsville, Ohio and Carol (Rick) Baker of Batesville, Ohio; one son, Ronnie Green of Barnesville, Ohio; three sisters, Virginia (Ronnie) Reidy of East Palestine, Ohio, Donna (John) Ewing of Columbiana, Ohio, Debbie (Bob) Boley of Toronto, Ohio; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home 37501 State Route 78 West Woodsfield, Ohio from 11a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2014. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery, Antioch, Ohio.
