WE need to convert coal, not natural gas. Coal is being shunned everywhere, yet we have very ample reserves, but everyone wants to use all the natural gas, that way the little guy will continue to pay extremely high home energy bills. We don't need to supply tax money to companies that are going to convert natural gas, and the agreement was for a plant to convert coal. No more help needs to be provided and the terms of the agreement have not been met, nor are they going to be met with the conversion of gas.
