Charles C. Early

EAST PALESTINE — Charles C. Early, 78, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at his residence in Fellsmere, Fla.

Charles was born on June 19, 1944, the son of the late Frank and Irene Early and lived his entire life in East Palestine.

He was a graduate of East Palestine High School. Following graduation, he honorably served in the U. S. Navy on the U.S.S. Barry. Charles owned and operated Early I.S & S Co, Inc. in East Palestine since 1991.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Maureen Early, whom he married on February 27, 1965 and a brother, Michael Early.

He is survived by his three children; a daughter, Tammy (Scott) Washburn of Pinehurst, NC; a son, Stephen (Sonia) Early of East Palestine and a son, Bradley (Bridgette) Early of Galena, Ohio. He had nine grandchildren; Frederick, Taylor, Louisa, Sydney, Delaney, Stephen, Shane, Charlie and Katherine and one great-granddaughter, Mia. He also leaves three sisters; Frances Kay Anderson, Cynthia Early and Elaine Easterling; two nieces, Marcie Fuller and Kristen Easterling; and three nephews, Brian Anderson, Ian and Tim Easterling.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in East Palestine, Ohio.
