LISBON — James L. “Jamie” Adkins, 50, of Lisbon, died Thursday evening, Sept. 5, 2019 following a tragic vehicular accident in New Castle, Pa. He was 50.
Born in East Liverpool, March 25, 1969, he was the son of Lyle R. and Cassandra L. “Cassie” Reukauf Adkins of Wellsville.
A member of Wellsville First Christian Church, he most recently worked for Lear, Inc. in New Castle where he was the lead mechanic.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sons, Corey (Bethany) Adkins of Hartville, Nicolas (Whittni) Adkins of Wellsville and Christian (Madison) Adkins of California; three grandchildren; a sister, Jodi (Keith) Aberegg of Wadsworth; a brother, Jeff (Jill) Adkins of Pittsburgh.; and his companion, Kelly Purinton-Clark.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home, where the Rev. Mark Blakeley will conduct services at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Locust Hill Cemetery.
