Bonita ‘Bonnie’ Calhoun

EAST LIVERPOOL — Bonita K. “Bonnie” Calhoun, 81, of East Liverpool, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2019 at the Blossom Nursing Home in Salem.

Born in Bellaire on Oct. 6, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith Hance Pritsch.

She worked at H&R Block at one time and was a member Good Shepherd United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Leo Calhoun; two sisters, Arletta and Erma, and a brother John.

Survivors include four daughters, Diana (Ray) Hicks of Naples, Fla., Debby (Bruce) Blankenship of Salem Sherry (Robert) Calhoun-McIntosh of Lisbon and Kelly (Ed) Haught of Wellsville; a son, Steven Calhoun of Wellsville; two sisters, Edith and Peggy; a brother, Butch; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Craig Knight officiating. Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
