East Palestine

— Officers received a report at 4:25 p.m. on Tuesday from a resident on West Martin Street that a package mailed to a relative in Texas never arrived.

— Officers responded at 3:54 p.m. on Tuesday to West Martin Street to a custody dispute. The mother claimed the father was withholding her visitation with the child.

— Officers conducted a welfare check at 2:43 p.m. on East Clark Street on Tuesday. The subject was safe.

— Officers responded at 12:58 p.m. to a parking complaint on Washington Street on Tuesday.

— Officers arrested James Bollinger, no age or address given, with violating a protection order at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday.

— Officers responded to the Dollar General on North Market Street to a report of a woman not scanning several items at the self checkout at 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday. Officers made contact with the woman and advised she is permanently banned from the store. Charges are pending.

— Officer responded at 12:03 a.m. to an open 911 call on Tuesday to East Taggert Street, but no one was found in distress in the area.

— Officers conducted a welfare check at 8:41 p.m. on North Market Street on Monday. The subject was safe.

— Officers responded at 8:32 on Sunday to a report of a car parked behind a business on North Market Street. The owner of the car was identified and the business owner notified.

— Officers responded at 3:10 p.m. on Sunday to a report of stolen tools on East Clark Street on Sunday.

— Officers responded at 10:21 p.m. to a disturbance on East Clark Street on Saturday. All involved were advised further calls would result in charges.

— Officers responded at 2:10 a.m. to a report of a breaking and entering at the Wheathill Mobile Home Community state Route 170 on Saturday. No suspects were located and nothing was missing from the home.

— Officers arrested Andrew Jackson, no age or address given, for criminal trespass at 8:10 p.m. the high school football game on West Grant Street on Friday. Jackson allegedly returned to the stadium after being removed from the football game earlier in the evening.

— Officers transported two juveniles back to their residence after being picked up on Park Avenue after curfew at 12:58 p.m. on Saturday.

Goshen Police District

— Monika Chavanne, 56, Canton, was cited for driving under suspension after a random license plate check on her westbound vehicle on state Route 165 showed the owner to be suspended at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

— Ryan Trickett, 27, Austintown, was cited for driving under suspension after his northbound vehicle on Lisbon Road was observed with a loud exhaust at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

— Marilyn Carrocce, 65, Canfield, was cited for speeding after her southbound vehicle on Green Beaver Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 7:52 a.m. Wednesday

— James Woodall, 34, Youngstown, was cited for driving under suspension after a random license plate check on his southbound vehicle on Lisbon Road showed the owner to be suspended at 3:35 p.m. Sept. 18.

— Maurice Brown, 32, Youngstown, was cited for driving under suspension after his westbound vehicle on Alliance Salem Road was observed passing over the fog line at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 17. During the stop officers were informed by dispatch that Brown had two active warrants, through the Strongsville and Bedford police departments, but both were outside the pickup radius.

— James Sneddon, 49, North Jackson, was cited for obeying traffic control devices after his northbound vehicle on South Salem Warren Road was observed running a red light at 11:45 a.m. Sept. 17.

— Joseph Venables, 19, Alliance, was cited for speed after his westbound vehicle on Salem-Warren Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 5:35 p.m. Sept. 16.

— Jeffrey Burgos, 33, Salem, was cited for driving under suspension after his eastbound vehicle on West South Range Road went left of center nearly causing a collision with officers at 7:12 a.m. Sept. 16.

— David Blommer, 35, Struthers, was cited for speeding after his westbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 8:41 p.m. Sept. 15.

— Owen Waller-Ellis, 22, New Castle, Pennsylvania, was cited for left of center after his eastbound vehicle on West South Range Road was observed passing the vehicle in front of it, forcing oncoming traffic to move off the roadway into the grass to prevent a collision at 4:54 p.m. Sept. 15.

— Tina Higinbotham, 52, Beloit, was cited for speeding after her southbound vehicle on Main Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 3:14 p.m. Sept. 15.

— Clay Franks, 26, Berlin Center, was cited for speeding after his southbound vehicle on Lisbon Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 15.

— Adel Youssef, 69, Canfield, was cited for speeding after his westbound vehicle on Alliance Salem Road was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 9:24 a.m. Sept. 15.

— Charity Mondak, 46, Berlin Center, was cited for speeding after her northbound vehicle on Main Street was observed traveling in excess of the speed limit at 7:58 a.m. Sept. 15.

Highway Patrol

— Joshua Moreland-Whitmer, 37, East Rochester, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after his northwest bound vehicle struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Teagean Llewellyn, 19, Lisbon, causing it to strike the rear of a vehicle driven by William Esterly, 73, Lisbon, at 2:07 p.m. Sept. 18 in Center Township. No injuries were reported.

— Matthew Metts, 34, Canton, was cited for failure to control after his eastbound vehicle on Buck Road went off the right side of the roadway before re-entering the roadway, entering the intersection of Georgetown Damascus Road and Buck Road, continuing east through the intersection and went off the left side of the roadway striking a stop sing and overturning onto its side and striking a tree at 6:28 a.m. Sept. 18 in Knox Township. Metts was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. No injuries were reported.

— Luca Cagliuso, 16, Columbiana, was cited for failure to control and a seatbelt violation after his eastbound vehicle on state Route 518 went off the right side of the roadway, striking a ditch at 11:20 a.m. Sept. 18 in Wayne Township. Cagliuso was treated on scene by EMS for suspected minor injuries.

— John Southall, 66, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control after his northwest bound vehicle on Waterford Road went off the right side of the roadway striking an embankment at 11:06 p.m. Sept. 15 in Fairfield Township. No injuries were reported.
