— Deputies were called at 1:26 a.m. Friday to a reported loud, underage drinking party in the 46000 block of state Route 14 in Unity Township, but did not locate anyone. They knocked on the door and located the 30-year-old resident. He said he had some friends over and the neighbor asked him to turn down his music, which he said he did. The youngest people there were 21 years old, he said. Deputies told him to keep his music down in the future.
— A resident on Old Irondale Road in Yellow Creek Township reported a property dispute with his neighbor at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday over two vehicles parked on his property.
— A domestic dispute was reported at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday on West School Street in West Township between a male and female. A refusal to prosecute was signed.
— All-terrain vehicles were reported in the road in the 26000 block of Wildwood Drive in Knox Township at 3:22 p.m. Wednesday, but deputies were unable to locate them.
— A suspicious vehicle was reported at 5:07 a.m. Wednesday at Hull’s Super Duper on state Route 172 in New Garden, but no one was around the vehicle, which was secure. The business was also secure.
— A suspicious person was reported at 8:01 p.m. Tuesday at the railroad tracks in the 22000 block of U.S. Route 30 in West Township. A deputy spoke with a man who was given a courtesy transport back to his residence on Bayard Road.
— A Silliman Street, New Waterford woman reported at 9:10 p.m. Monday that her daughter was being harassed by a person on social media. She was told to remove and block the person on social media.
Highway Patrol
— Carla Zwick, 54, East Rochester, collided with a deer on U.S. Route 30, at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday in Hanover Township. Zwick had a cut and swelling on her left arm but did not need transport by EMS.
— A westbound vehicle on Darlington Road drove off the right side of the roadway, striking a gas line, before leaving the scene at 12:34 a.m. Wednesday in Middletown Township. The vehicle was not located.
— Danelle Payne, 39, Wellsville, was cited for OVI and failure to control after her westbound vehicle on Township Line Road drove off the left side of the roadway, striking a pole and overturning in Yellow Creek Township at 9:46 p.m. Sept. 10. No injuries were reported.
