— An intoxicated male was transported at 4:48 a.m. Sunday from the 500 block of South Broadway Avenue to the station, where he was retrieved by his grandmother.

— A noise complaint was reported at 3:29 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

– Police responded at 3:07 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of Southeast Boulevard for suspicious activity. Officers checked around the house and advised the complainant, who then became irate and ordered them off her property.

— A stolen vehicle was reported at 9:10 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West State Street.

— A complainant reported at 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue that threats had been made. An officer will speak with the suspect.

— A non-injury crash was reported at 5:54 p.m. Saturday in the area of Park and Maple streets involving Janice Mountz, of Wood Street in Lisbon, and Ashley Daley, of Seacrist Road in Salem.

— Harassment over an estate was reported at 6:18 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of East Fifth Street.

— A suspicious person was reported at 7:41 a.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of East State Street. Upon contact, officers learned he was just waiting for his ride and cleared the scene.

— Two subjects, who were walking the roadway, were advised to get onto the sidewalk at 3:56 a.m. Saturday in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Perry Street.

— An open door was found at 6:49 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of West Wilson Street on an uninhabitable residence, where subjects had been staying despite the lack of any utilities. Housing authorities were notified.

— Officers responded at 8:42 p.m. Saturday to Walmart parking lot for a report of a dog being left in a hot vehicle. Upon arrival, the owners were found loading merchandise in the vehicle and advised of the complaint. He was advised of the dangers associated with his alleged actions.

— A possible water leak was located at 3:06 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Sharp Avenue and the water department notified.

— A patrolman located an intoxicated subject in the roadway at 8:59 p.m. Friday in the area of Broadway Avenue and Euclid Street. He was transported home and advised to stay home or else be arrested.

— Officers responded to a downed tree at 10:27 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Merle Road.,

— Officers checked on an intoxicated subject who had fallen in Walmart at 4:34 p.m. Friday. He was transported to Salem Regional Medical Center emergency room by medics for evaluation.

— The owner of a condemned structure was found at 8:44 p.m. Friday at the 600 Olive Street site, where he refused to leave. Housing officials were notified.

East Liverpool

— Ryan Christopher Jenkins, no address listed, was served at 2:15 a.m. Friday with an active warrant out of Columbiana County, after police arrived in the 200 block of Market Street to find him banging on the door of a local business.

— April Birtwell, no address listed, was served at 6:51 a.m. Friday with an active warrant, after reports were received after a female allegedly being assaulted inside a garage in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Birtwell advised the male in question hasn’t even been in physical contact with her for days.

— The planning department reported at 9:40 a.m. Friday that the surveying pegs that had been put up around a home in the 1000 block of Ambrose Avenue days before were torn missing.

— Officers were dispatched at 5:54 p.m. Friday to the 700 block of Midway Lane for a dog bite. The owner of the dog was told to quarantine the dog until someone from the health department speaks to her.

— A female was given a courtesy transport at 12:27 a.m. Friday to a St. Clair Avenue apartment building, after her ride never retrieved her.

— A vendor, selling hats on the Old Thrifty City parking lot, was removed at 4:17 p.m. Friday from the property.

— A welfare check was conducted at 9:23 a.m. Friday on a 86-year-old woman in the 100 block of Center Street. She had not been answering the phone, and police said she was fine upon contact.

— Police responded to a domestic dispute at 5:02 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Ohio Avenue. A woman reported that her live-in boyfriend threw her and her children out of the house during an argument. Upon contact with authorities, the male half agreed to leave the house and the live-in girlfriend and her children returned home.

— The theft of a bicycle off a porch was investigated at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Cadmus Street.

— Police did a welfare check at 7:50 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Dresden Avenue on a male who missed visitation with his daughter. He was fine just unhappy about an upcoming court hearing.

— A male requested at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday that her girlfriend’s ex needs removed from a home in the 600 block of Fifth Street, after threatening a social worker.

— A male reported at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday that he lost his wallet while at Thompson Park. The park superintendent had not had it turned in yet but will keep an eye out for it.

— A Ogden Street woman reported at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday that her ex-boyfriend was trying to kick in the door of her resident. The home’s occupant said that no door had been kicked in, and she was suspicious that her mother must have made the call regarding her belligerent ex.
