Municipal Court

LISBON — A Sept. 23 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Seth R. Holenchick, 28, West Wilson Street, Salem, charged with OVI second offense and speeding.

Brittany Ann Shultz, 31, Continental Drive, Salem, was fined $1,025, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day intervention program and ordered 20 hours community service for OVI first offense, speeding and failure to move left for a public safety vehicle.

An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for Sadie J. Allen, 26, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with resisting arrest and two counts of disorderly conduct. On Thursday, Allen was allegedly intoxicated, yelling at people in the parking lot at Pep’s Mini Mart and later beating on doors and acting erratically in Independence Square.

An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Linda R. Stuller, 32, Salem-Alliance Road, Damascus, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly appearing intoxicated, locking children inside a house without the homeowner’s permission, screaming, running into a home without the permission of the owner or renter of the home and locking the door on Wednesday.

An Aug. 16 pretrial was set for Megan C. Hetrick, 26, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, charged with disorderly conduct. On Sept. 25, Hetrick was allegedly heavily intoxicated when she got into an argument with her mother leading to her mother being pushed to the ground and bruised, then when her mother declined to pursue charges and offered to pay for a hotel room, Hetrick reportedly continued to yell in her boyfriend’s face while they were both being transported by police from East Palestine to a hotel in Columbiana to sleep it off.

A Sept. 13 pretrial was set for Deborah J. Anderson, 67, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with theft on July 8 for allegedly placing 11 items valued at $45 in her bags, but using a crayon UPC sticker to scan the items leading to her paying about $35 instead.

A Sept. 7 pretrial was set for Gregory Dean John Curtis, 23, Beechwood Road, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension, peeling tires, two lights displayed and back up lights required.

Sauna Lynn Uptegraph, 28, East Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Joshua Miller, 27, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
