–Police checked the well-being of subjects at 10:13 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Buckeye Avenue and at 8:26 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of Continental Drive.
–A resident of the 1200 block of Hollyhock Way reported at 12:10 p.m. that an unknown subject forced his way into his home and stole his television while he was at work.
–A possible fight in progress was reported at 8:47 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Summit Street.
–A complainant reported at 6:26 a.m. Saturday that he wanted to retrieve his belongings from a residence in the 300 block of West 10th Street. He did so and was given a courtesy transport to another residence.
–Jakob D. Bell Sr., 30, of Campbell Road in Hanoverton was cited at 7:04 p.m. Saturday for driving under suspension near Third and Vine.
–A private property crash was investigated at 4:56 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of North Ellsworth Avenue involving David Potkonicky of Youngstown and Janet Faulkner of Rayland.
–A raccoon was reported at 8:25 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Roosevelt Avenue under the complainant’s porch. She was advised that nothing could be done at the time, but she either could choose to get a cage and relocate it or call an exterminator.
–Police answered a call regarding juveniles burning stuff at 2:37 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Pershing Street despite the state open burning ban.
–Paige S. McCallister, of East Seventh Street in Salem, was served at 12:45 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of East Seventh Street with a theft warrant.
-Officers were dispatched at 11:15 p.m. Saturday to a private property crash in the 100 block of West State Street. Heidi A. Stover, of Franklin Avenue, allegedly struck the right headlight of Derrick Brown, of Columbia Street in Leetonia, while in a gas station parking lot.
–A female caller reported at 10:34 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of East Sixth Street that an unknown person from a private number kept calling her. However, the officer could not provide assistance without a phone number or name of the person calling her.
–A male subject was removed at 5:24 p.m. Saturday from a 2200 block of East State Street business, after making several employees and subjects feel uneasy.
–An open door was discovered at 10:39 a.m. Saturday in Kelley Park restroom.
–Dennis D. Dabney, of Newton Falls, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Short Avenue on a charge of obstructing official business after allegedly providing a false name to police investigating discovery of an unattended 9-year-old female outside a residence.
–Police responded at 7:53 p.m. Friday to a report of juvenile lying in the roadway with a blanket within Centennial Park.
–Unwanted subjects were removed at 1:01 p.m. Friday from the 600 block of East Ninth Street, at 8:09 a.m. Friday from the 600 block of East Sixth Street and at 10:08 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Vine Avenue.
–An East Liverpool resident reported at 11:49 a.m. Friday observing a burglary in progress at a residence in the 500 block of Fair Avenue through his camera system.
–Richard L. Shellenbarger, of state Route 517 in Columbiana, was cited at 1:13 p.m. Friday in the area of Highland Avenue and East State Street for failure to maintain an assured clear distance, after rearending the vehicle in front of him.
–A reckless driver was reported at 4:01 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of East State Street, but the officer was unable to locate him.
–Minor damage was reported at 7:09 p.m. Friday, resulting from a private property crash involving Steven Doyle, of Elberon Avenue, and Ronald Neff, of State Street NE in Alliance, near the intersection of State and Lundy. Doyle was allegedly at fault for rear-ending Neff, but a charge wasn’t noted.
–A complainant from Carole Drive reported at 5:24 p.m. Friday that someone stole the points off his Chase Visa card. The card was cancelled and the points reimbursed.
–An unnamed female subject was removed at 3:16 p.m. Friday from a business in the 200 block of North Cunningham Road and given a courtesy transport to the department, where she was served with a criminal trespass for the business and made arrangements to go elsewhere.
–William Polen, of Jennings Avenue, was cited at 9:49 a.m. Friday on a charge of dogs at large, after his dogs were running loose.

–Officers received a call regarding drug activity at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in the 12000 block of Echo Dell Road.
–A catalytic converter was reported stolen off a truck sometime before 8:22 a.m. Wednesday in the 46000 block of Y&O Road near Anne’s Superette.
–Joshua L. Conzett, no address listed, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 16000 block of Dresden Avenue on a theft charge, after allegedly stealing multiple items totaling $160 from various departments between Nov. 29 and March 31.
–Police were dispatched at 5:29 a.m. Thursday to the 49000 block of Calcutta Smithferry Road for a stolen firearm.
