East Liverpool

— Tri-State Cab reported at 9:23 p.m. Wednesday that a driver just dropped off a very drunk female in the parking lot across from East Liverpool City Hospital and she now wants to drive her vehicle. At the request of the driver, an officer arrived on site and agreed with the assessment, waiting there until her boyfriend came to pick her up.

— Police investigated a complaint by a woman’s mother that a male subject had made threats to harm his 5-month-old child during an argument at Heights Manor shortly before 10:25 p.m. Wednesday.

— Officers investigated an alcohol-fueled domestic argument at 2:56 a.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of May Street. The parties were told to call the police department if problems reignited.

— Police were dispatched at 11:13 p.m. Tuesday to the 1000 block of Avondale Street to investigate a dispute between an adult and juvenile. The adult was asked to leave.

— Officers responded at 1:05 a.m. Sunday to the Heights Manor apartment complex for a woman who wanted her children’s father to stay at the apartment, so she could go out. She was advised the matter is not criminal. Later police would respond a second time to the apartment. Kevin Hupp, the woman’s current boyfriend, was arrested at 4:11 a.m. for public intoxication, after becoming verbally aggressive towards officers.

— A warrant/summons was issued at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 26 for Bridgette B. Bader, no address listed, on charges of driving under intoxication and failure to control, after a traffic crash in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

New Waterford

— Officers investigated domestics at 10:21 a.m. Dec. 19 in the 3200 block of Creek Road, where a child called to report that his parents were arguing and at 2:55 p.m. Dec. 26 in the 3600 block of Spruce Street.

— Welfare checks wete performed at 10:37 a.m. Saturday in the 46000 block of Church Street, at 1:02 p.m. Dec. 24 in the 3600 block of Silliman Street, at 5:18 a.m. Dec. 24 in the 3700 block of Main Street, and at 8:18 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 3200 block of Creek Road.

— A Creek Road resident reported at 11:28 p.m. Dec. 26 that someone broke out his vehicle window.

Salem

— Police investigated disputes Saturday at 7:35 p.m. in the 200 block of Vine Avenue, at 7:09 p.m. in the 500 block of Walnut Street, at 6:11 p.m. in the 100 block of West State Street, at the 3:53 a.m. in the 100 block of South Broadway Avenue,

— A distraught subject was reported at 1:38 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Vine Avenue.

— Officers responded at 11:37 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Vine Street for a mentally disturbed person.

— An intoxicated person was reported at 11:25 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Arch Street and given a warning for public intoxication as well as a courtesy transport.

— The complainant reported he was being for harassed by a family member at 9:29 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Brooklyn Avenue.

— Ryan M. Thompson, of Vine Avenue, was served at 7:48 p.m. Saturday on a parole violation.

— Police responded to an animal complaint at 12:23 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Woodland Avenue. The canines who had been left at the residence had dog food set out, and the owner who had recently relocated said that she was in the process of rehoming them.

— Juan F. Sebastian, of Walnut Street, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Friday on a charge of OVI, after he struck a light pole and left the scene.

— An intoxicated person was reported at 10:07 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of East Pershing Street and given a warning for public intoxication.

— A possible domestic dispute remains under investigation, after being reported at 8:57 pm. Friday in the 500 block of East Pershing Street.

— Joshua Stewart, of Hilltop Drive in Lisbon, was served at 3:14 p.m. Thursday with a warrant for failure to appear.

— Police responded at 12:15 p.m. Thursday to Salem Car Wash for a private property crash.

County Sheriff

— A deputy was sent to an apartment on Rose Drive, Lisbon, 10:51 p.m. Thursday for a fight call. He spoke to a woman, who said they were having a New Year’s Eve party and would keep the music down.

— A deputy was sent to a home on Glasgow Road in Madison Township just before midnight Thursday. The wife signed a refusal form.

— Deputies were displaced to a home on Lisbon-Dungannon Road in Hanover Township at about 12:30 a.m. Friday for a large party in which a person was assaulted. No further information was provided.

— A deputy was sent to the Deer Run Mobile Home Park on U.S. 62 in Butler Township just before midnight Thursday for gunshots in the area. Nothing out of the ordinary was found.
