East Liverpool

— A single car accident happened on East Church Lane behind the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association building at 2 p.m. Tuesday. City police and firefighters responded. Patrolman Rob Smith reported the driver hit a utility pole trying to avoid bumps. The driver was transported to the City Hospitable by the fire department’s ambulance service. The passenger had a wrist injury and declined treatment.

Wellsville

— Officers received a noise complaint on Saturday for Tony’s Bar. Officers went to the bar advising them to turn the music down. The music was turned down without incident.

— Officers observed Randy Martin fail to use a turn signal at Broadway and Ninth Street on Oct 8. While taking him into custody on a county warrant he had a medical emergency and was taken to East Liverpool City Hospital.
