LISBON — In county Municipal Court, William R. Hissom, 49, Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $1,000, credited with 15 days served , given 15 days in jail, had his license suspended for two years and required 50 hours community service for domestic violence and OVI second offense. Both offenses occurred on Aug. 18, when Hissom assaulted his mother.

Timothy R. Smith, 30, East Pidgeon Road, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, given two days in jail, fined $150 and 40 hours for obstructing official business. On Aug. 14, Smith told the Perry Township assistant fire chief a fire had started due to electrical issues. He later admitted intentionally set it by lighting some trash because he was tired of looking at it.

Brett T. Lahue, 47, Monaca, Pa., was fined $1,005, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, left of center and a seat belt violation.
