County Sheriff

— Deputies went to a home on Walnut Street in Rogers at 1 p.m. Wednesday after the caller asked them to check on his elderly mother who he last spoke to six years ago. The caller was advised his mother was now living in an assisted living facility.

Highway Patrol

— Robert Bobby, 38, Salineville, was southbound on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 1:33 a.m. Saturday and went off the left side into a tree. He was cited for failure to control and driving under FRA suspension.

— Dana Lynn Miller, 52, Hanoverton, was northeastbound on Teegarden Road in Hanoverton at 9:04 p.m. Aug. 2 and went off the right side into a tree. She was cited for failure to control and arrest for OVI.

Lisbon

— Police were to a possible problem with a resident at the Kendall House at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday. The officer spoke to the manager, who said everything was fine.

— Yang Daqing, West High Street, reported Wednesday her car was damaged while it was parked in the garage, and she said it had not been moved since Saturday.

— Stephanie Deitch of Wellsville was driving on Market Street when an Escape driven by Julina K. Chidester of Leetonia pulled in front of her at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, resulting in an accident. Chidester said she had the green light, but police said the report would reflect she was at fault.

— A caller reported a woman had fallen on the side of the road on state Route 154 at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday. Police found Nicole Hilton walking along the side of the road and she agreed to be given a ride to her destination, the county Counseling Center.

St. Clair Township

— James Spencer, no address provided, was served at 8 p.m. Sunday in the 16000 block of state Route 170 with a warrant out of Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

— Levi Turner, no address provided, was cited at 11:50 a.m. Sunday in the 15000 block of state Route 170, after a routine traffic stop. The officer witnessed Turner allegedly fail to stop completely for a traffic control device and ran the plate through Leads, discovering Turner’s invalid driving status.

— Mcdean Shreve, no address provided, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. Monday in the 15000 block of state Route 170 on charges on driving under suspension and possession of drug abuse instruments, and his passenger Natalie Flannigan, no address provided, was discovered with a burnt metal pipe commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. She was also charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments after neither person would admit ownership of two syringes discovered under the passenger seat.

–An Annesley Road resident reported at 9 a.m. Monday that someone had vandalized his vehicle, and the individual responsible was allegedly caught on video survilleance around 5 a.m. A report from another owner in the same block at 1:09 p.m. also stated his property had been vandalized.

— A caller at East Liverpool City Hospital asked for assistance at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday with a suicidal subject.

— A female resident called by 6:08 p.m. Tuesday from the 600 block of Belmar to ask for assistance with her 9-year-old nephew who was acting out.

— James R. Maxwell, no address provided, was cited at 4:06 p.m. Saturday in the 15000 block of St. Clair Avenue on charges of driving under suspension and improper registration.
