LISBON — David W. Belt, 34, Adams Road, Rogers, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to failure to notify the sheriff of a change of address. Belt is facing up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000. Sentencing is set for May 20. Belt reportedly is required to register his address following a 2007 conviction in Florida for lewd or lascivious battery on a child with penetration or union.
Four charges of possession of drugs against Joseph R. Urgitus, 34, last known address North Liberty Street, East Palestine, were dismissed following his death.
