West Branch FFA goes to Officer Training
Four West Branch FFA officers took a visit to the Columbiana Career Technical Center. FFA Officers sharpened their leadership skills, learned more about their officer duties, and gained hands-on experience with their official FFA book. Members from the Tusky Valley High School FFA program split all of the club’s officers into their designated office group, and gave one-on-one time with each other, teaching how they run their chapter, to see if it would benefit West Branch’s chapter. The president and vice president groups worked together to find better ways to problem-solve and work through activities diligently, while in other groups, like treasurer and reporter groups, they worked on creating and working on how to start their state-level record books. Altogether, West Branch’s officer team had a good trip and learned many new skills and techniques.
