University of Pittsburgh members will be at the East Palestine Memorial Library’s social room at 309 N Market St., 3-5 p.m. Those living in an 8-mile radius of the train derailment are invited to learn about the research and register for research on water, soil, air and biological testing. Urine samples can be collected that day. Under 18 children, parents can do a survey. Once completed participants will receive compensation.
