SALEM — Applications are now available for the Lowell Iden-Larry Iler Scholarships. They can be accessed online at salemhuntingclub.com or by contacting members of the Salem Hunting Club, P.O. Box 800, Salem, OH 44460.

Selections of the awards will be based on scholastic record, future plans, motivation, leadership, financial need, commitment to outdoor sports and a major field of study in agriculture, biology, wildlife conservation or environmental science.

The awards will be during the 22nd Lowell Iden Memorial Trap Shoot and Breakfast scheduled Aug. 2 at the Salem Hunting Club, 564 N. Indiana Ave.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast will be from 7 to 11 a.m. at a cost of $8. A trap shoot will be held starting at 9 a.m. at $5 per round.
