Calcutta Volunteer firefighters Wednesday partnered with Walmart East Liverpool, which donated several pallets of water, food and baby wipes to distribute to the several hundred residents who were without power causing their wells to not produce water from the storms Tuesday. Some residents went almost two days without power. The free distribution was held at the Calcutta Volunteer Fire Department.
