At left, Columbiana city patrolman Sheldon Brownfield and Staff Lt. Brad Bucey from the Lisbon post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol search a vehicle after Bucey conducted a traffic stop near state Routes 7 and 46 for distracted driving. As requested, Columbiana police sent two officers as backup. Approximatley 2 pounds of suspected marijuana, 15 to 20 ounces of suspected hash, 20 to 25 suspected Adderell and multiple gummies and marijuana products were found inside the vehicle. The car’s driver was cited for distracted driving; however, additional charges against the man may be pending based on the results of drug analysis.
