East Liverpool High School is sending Juniors Brody Vulgamore, Kodie Fennell, Elijah Grogg and Brady Dawson to Buckeye Boys State June 8 to 15 at Miami University. These students will take part in Ohio Buckeye Boys State, the premier youth leadership programs designed to educate high school students about government operations and civic responsibilities.
