EP council meeting rescheduled

The regular East Palestine council meeting that was scheduled for Monday was canceled due to lack of a quorum. It is rescheduled for April 22 at 7 p.m.

Stage Left fundraiser

Niki Slaven-Rettig is bringing her Patsy Cline vocals back to the Trinity Playhouse stage as a fundraiser and with a little help from her friends. Joining her are Kandy Cleland and Christine Martin, adding harmonies, humor, and heartfelt performances. The event is set for April 26 at 7 to 9 p.m. The event is a fundraiser and a $25 ticket also includes appetizers and desserts, wine tasting and raffle drawings. Seating is limited. Paving projects in East Palestine

The Ohio Department of Transportation’s spring/summer paving projects will begin in East Palestine on April 21. Paving will take place on state Route 170 from Taggart Street to the village limits as well as state Route 46 from Market Street to the village limits. Parking will not be permitted on Market Street once the project starts. There is a 90-day completion window.
