SALEM — Salem Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is inviting community members to participate in a brief survey aimed at enhancing its healthcare services. The questionnaire can be completed in less than three minutes and will provide valuable insight into public perception, service awareness, and overall patient experience.

To encourage participation, individuals who complete the survey have the option to enter a drawing for a $200 Amazon gift card. Participation is open to all, and respondents do not need to be a past or current SRMC patient to provide feedback.

The survey includes questions about community awareness of SRMC’s services, personal experiences with the medical center, and key factors influencing healthcare decisions. It also gives participants the opportunity to make suggestions for services and patient care.
