Galeoti named ELHS Scholar of Month

Aynsley Galeoti, daughter of Marisa and Nick Galeoti, has been named the East Liverpool High School Scholar of the month.
Aynsley Galeoti, daughter of Marisa and Nick Galeoti, has been named the East Liverpool High School Scholar of the month.
Her activities include being a member of the Lady Potter Basketball Team, president of SkillsUSA, NTHS, and Health Careers Club. She has been awarded the Rising Star, Heart and Hustle, Mamba Mentality, and Best Female Runner (Cross Country) — two years in a row. Her academic and achievements include placing third at the State SkillsUSA competition for Nursing Assistant, competing at local and regional levels in SkillsUSA, attending the Fall Leadership Conference in Columbus and serving as a voting delegate for the Northeast region, and working toward Red Cord and Gold Cord distinctions.
Her service and work experience includes Camp Fitch counselor since sophomore year; volunteer for Take Back Drugs Day, local animal shelters, and various community events; assist in running concession and admission stands for basketball; and work as a PCA at Crossroads.
Her certifications includes: certified in Stop the Bleed, CPR and First Aid, OSHA, STNA, and Narcan administration; preparing for certification in Basic Life Support, Phlebotomy Technician, and Patient Care Technician.
She plans to attend Ohio Northern University to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
