The East Liverpool Rotary Club recently made a donation to the East Liverpool High School Band. The donation was made in memory of longtime Rotarian and East Liverpool School Board Member Larry Walton. The donation will go toward the purchase of new uniforms for the band's 2025-2026 school year.
