EP Eagles soup sale

East Palestine Eagles soup sale drive thru is on March 1 from 2 to 4 p.m. or sold out. Types include potato, chili, broccoli cheese, ham and bean, vegetable beef, chicken noodle, wedding, and beef noodle. Cost is $8 a quart. Call 330-853-8483 for reservations. Banquet in Salem Monday

Friends of the Banquet will sponsor the Dine In or Drive Thru Banquet in Salem Monday from 5 p.m. until the food is gone at the Salem Memorial Building. The menu will include ham, scalloped potatoes, peas, applesauce, fresh vegetables and fruit, cookies. Dine in will park in a designated area behind the building and proceed to front door. Mental Health First Aid class

The Ember Project will host a Mental Health First Aid class from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at the Salem Nazarene Center, 1431 N. Ellsworth Ave., Salem. Participants will learn how to recognize and assist someone having mental health or substance use challenges.

Banquet in Lisbon Monday

Lisbon Kiwanis and Ruritans will host the Banquet in Lisbon from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at New Lisbon Presbyterian Church. The menu includes chili, cornbread, applesauce, tossed salad, cookies and ice cream, beverages. Carryouts available after 6 p.m. if available. Free to all.
