COLUMBIANA — A Beaver County, Pa., man was arrested Tuesday afternoon, after the execution of a search warrant at a downtown residence.

Seraphim A. Laws was taken into custody after law enforcement discovered a large amount of methamphetamine along with LSD and Suboxone in a home at 220 Brenda Lane.

Two people were present during the activity by city police, the Columbiana County Special Response Team (SRT) and county Drug Task Force.

According to Columbiana Police Chief William Myers, Laws currently is charged with Fugitive from Justice due to an active felony warrant out of Pennsylvania.

Additional charges may be pending based on testing of the suspected narcotics.
