Timothy and Hazel Lemasters celebrated their 50th anniversary Oct. 26.

They were married Oct. 26, 1974, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lisbon by Minister Dale Foster.

Timothy has worked for a total of 50 years in the foundry industry – 17 1/2 years at Columbiana Alumina Foundry and Castings and the last 32 1/2 years at Albco Foundry and Machine in Lisbon, where he is still employed on a part-time basis.

Hazel spent 25 years working in health care facilities as well as home care throughout the county until her own health began to fail, forcing her into an early retirement.

They are the proud parents of two daughters, Jen and Jim Ling of Salem and Regina and Jon Nelder of Lisbon. They have two grandsons, Ethan and Evan Smith of Minerva.

The Lemasters have been proud to make the village of Hanoverton their home for the last 41 years where they have made many friends and built many memories.
