EP Eagles Night at the Races

EP Eagles #1506 is having a Night at the Races to benefit local organizations and school activities. Races start at 7 p.m. but doors open at 6 p.m. Food is being provided. Lots of games of chances throughout the evening. Open to public.

Advanced trappaers workshop

An advanced trappers workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 26 and 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 27 at Highlandtown Wildlife Area headquarters. Lunch will be provided by OSTA. MVIF Volunteer Meet and Greet

The Mahoning Valley Irish Festival will host a Volunteer Meet and Greet from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 23, at Cocca’s Pizza, located at 7144 Market St., Boardman. This casual gathering will provide potential volunteers with the chance to learn more about the many opportunities to get involved in making the 2025 Mahoning Valley Irish Festival the best one yet. Festival organizers will be on hand to discuss how volunteers can contribute to this exciting celebration of Irish culture and the local community. Light fare will be provided, and attendees can enjoy a relaxed evening of conversation while learning how their talents and time can help bring next year’s festival to life.
