Last Wednesday, general contractor C. Tucker Cope and Associates, along with Clayton Heating and Air Conditioning used an alternative method to set 12 rooftop HVAC units on the new Envelope 1 Digital Direct 100,000 square-foot expansion currently being constructed in Columbiana. The units were sling-loaded and placed via helicopter. The expansion will include a full climate and humidity-controlled atmosphere due to the delicate nature of paper products and technologically advanced machines that will operate within the new building. The expansion is being constructed adjacent to the existing Envelope 1 facility located on state Route 344 and will house Envelope 1 and affiliated company Digital Direct. (Submitted photos
