The winner of the Downtown Dining Experience diamond necklace from Troll’s Jewelry was Britt Ortega. The necklace is 14 carat yellow and white gold with a genuine 1/5 carat diamond. Troll’s Jewelry, located at 581 E. State St., is a family owned and locally operated jeweler, serving Salem for 85 years. Troll’s Jewelry owner Mindy Schwingle is happy to be part of the Downtown Dining Experience and has donated a necklace for the event every year. The Downtown Dining Event is sponsored by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. The proceeds benefit the United Way of Northern Columbiana County.
