NEW CUMBERLAND – Nathan Eugene Campbell, 18, of Newell was charged with two counts of distribution and display to a minor of obscene matter; two counts of soliciting a minor via computer; soliciting a minor and traveling to engage the minor in prohibited sexual activity; one count of distribution and exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct with more than 150 images and one count of phone harassment. Campbell is being held at Northern Regional Jail on a $350,000 bond.
