Lisbon Landmark Foundation is offering its three-course “A Stroll Through Paris” benefit luncheon June 26.

The take-away picnic kicks off with a cold Cucumber Dill Soup with Goat Cheese and Baguette Croutons. The second course is a Jambon Beurre Rosemary-brined ham, Gruyere cheese, roasted tomato, Maille mustard, and baby endive on a freshly baked Batard roll. Gaufrette potatoes are on the side. The final course is a Creme Patisserie Crepe with Sauterne Anjou pears, toasted hazelnuts, and caramel sauce. Sparkling French water will be included as well. This French-inspired meal comes boxed with service items, and a Vegetarian Sammie is available upon request.

The cost is $25 per box, and all proceeds will benefit the non-profit Lisbon Landmark Foundation, whose goal is to save Lisbon’s historic buildings and the village’s unique character. Tickets are available from any Landmark Board member, or by calling the Green Marble at 330-385-8900 or stopping in.

The ticket deadline is Monday, June 21. Lunches can be picked up at the historic PL&W Train Station on Market Street in Lisbon from 1 to 3 p.m. June 26.
