Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this is one way that families can see that their friend or relative is okay. Activity director Susan Haines explained that for days excited residents had been preparing for the event with the majority of participants electing to skip their vehicles and walk up Pendleton Street to greet the residents instead in their costumes.
