On Monday, 62 residents lined up outside as far as the eyes could see to watch their families and the Salem community as they drove by for the Blossom Nursing Home Parade. Many more residents watched from the front windows as 44 cars past by the building two times. Family members made signs of encouragement to greet their loved ones. Residents were served popcorn and iced tea while they were waiting on the parade under blue skies. The residents were thrilled about seeing loved ones and reading their kind words.
