Students with special needs this summer had the opportunity attended school in a day camp setting at Camp Frederick. The program was sponsored by the county Educational Service Center and supported with a grant from Heritage Thermal as well as donations from Bob and Linda Sebo, Vito Abruzzino and Harrington-Hoppe and Mitchell law offices. Many activities such as learning about animals, caring for the environment, hiking, scavenger hunt, story book trail, archery, craft making, water study and learning how to make S’mores over a fire took place.
