A pancake breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at Beaver Creek State Park’s Pioneer Village. In addition to buttermilk pancakes, there will be corn cakes, sausage, fresh seasonal fruit and beverages for a $6 donation that benefits continued maintenance and improvements to Pioneer Village. After breakfast, view many vintage quilts on display in the school house. Feel free to bring your treasured quilts to join the event. They need not be pristine, as this is an informal sharing of quilts. Quilts have been an important part of our history and families, for generations. Come, share your stories, and enjoy seeing the quilts. Shown here is Jeanette Wolff Lustig, a member of the Friends of Beaver Creek State Park.
