Columbiana American Legion Post 290 Auxiliary members Chairman Phyllis Smail, Stella McClintic, Lynn DeCrow, Connie Stefanick, and Linda Moll shopped, assembled or delivered 50 backpacks to students in grades K-4 at South Range, Columbiana, Heartland Christian, Crestview and East Palestine schools, thanks to money raised by the auxiliary and a donation from the Trustees.
