LISBON — A Washingtonville man accused of harming or attempting to cause harm to a corrections officer last month was served Wednesday with a secret indictment.
David Kirby, 32, West Main Street, was charged by the Columbiana County Grand Jury with assault, a fifth-degree felony, for the incident on March 13 against Corrections Officer Clint Reynolds at the county jail.
