LISBON — A Florida man accused of multiple drug charges and two counts related to child support entered guilty pleas recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to charges from two separate indictments.

Tommy Hart, 38, pleaded guilty to third-degree felony illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and fifth-degree felonies of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of fentanyl-related compound and two counts of nonsupport of dependents.

Sentencing was set for July 18. Hart was accused of bringing drugs into a detention facility and possessing cocaine, heroin and fentanyl on Sept. 19, 2022. He was accused of failing to pay child support for two children from Aug. 20, 2020 to Aug. 28, 2022.

Also in Common Pleas Court:

— Brandon Gust, 25, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to a definite prison term of 18 months, with 164 days suspended, for violating his community control terms stemming from convictions for a fifth-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony aggravated possession of drugs, and a misdemeanor aggravated possession of drugs for possessing methamphetamine on March 26 and 28, 2022.

— Cheyenne Moore, 24, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was sentenced to a definite term of 120 days in jail, with credit for 30 days served, leaving 90 days left to serve, for violating his community control terms, stemming from convictions for fifth-degree felony telecommunications fraud, fifth-degree felony theft, and misdemeanor possessing criminal tools for an incident involving a cell phone and a payroll check on Aug. 30, 2021.
