LISBON — A woman already in prison for 18 months for another case entered a guilty plea to drug charges in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
Kira Jackson, 35, whose address was listed as Vale Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and a specification for forfeiture of money from a drug case. She was sentenced to six months in prison, but with the term to be served at the same time as the sentence she’s already serving.
Charges of aggravated possession of drugs, receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance were dismissed. Jackson possessed $632 and oxycodone on Dec. 27, 2021. The dismissed charges dealt with her alleged possession of methamphetamine, a stolen gun and a firearm muffler or suppressor.
Under the name Kira Price, she was sentenced to the 18 months in prison in September 2023 for third-degree felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanor driving under suspension for fleeing from police attempting a traffic stop on May 13, 2023 in St. Clair Township, accelerating to speeds between 100 and 120 mph and striking a tractor trailer in a construction zone, disabling her vehicle.
Also in Common Pleas Court:
— Joseph B. Vincent, 42, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to a lesser included offense of fourth-degree felony attempted compelling prostitution and fourth-degree felony attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, with sentencing set for July 1. Vincent had originally been charged with compelling prostitution, a third-degree felony. Fifth-degree felonies of importuning and possessing criminal tools will be dismissed. Vincent was accused of requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent posing as a 15-year-old female in exchange for $140 and arriving in Salem for the meeting July 24, 2023.
— Colleen Murray, 44, Youngstown, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for possessing methamphetamine on April 4, 2023. Sentencing was set for June 20.
