Grand Jury

LISBON — Austin C. Ford, 22, and Morgan M. Kaser, 20, both of West Main Street, Salineville, were served secret indictments charging them with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. They allegedly had both oxycodone and a fentanyl-related compound on April 2, 2021. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in May.

Court News

LISBON — Gage B. Mountz, 28, West Wilson Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to failure to verify residence address, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for May 23, when Mountz faces up to 18 months in prison and a $10,000 fine. Mountz failed to alert the sheriff’s office of his address on Dec. 20, when he has a 2015 conviction of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
