Municipal Court

LISBON — In county Municipal Court, an Oct. 14 preliminary hearing was set for Keith A. McCoy, Padgett Road, East Palestine, charged with illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony. McCoy allegedly had a Grizzly Wintergreen chewing tobacco can that contained latex packaging of suspected narcotics. An additional can of Longhorn chewing tobacco containing a cellophane package of suspected narcotics was found inside McCoy’s 2020 Dodge Ram pickup in the parking lot.

A Dec. 13 pretrial was set for Robert M. Greenisen, 55, King Road, Salem, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and driving under suspension.

An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Richard R. Vecchio, 59, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for allegedly being intoxicated and sitting on the curb with a nearly empty bottle of vodka next to him just outside the business doors of Sunoco on state Route 7, Columbiana on Thursday. Additionally, Vecchio allegedly yelled and screamed profanities at others, threatened to kick and hit a Columbiana police officer in the face, before threatening to kill the police officer at the police station. Vecchio’s bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety.

A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Phillip Michael Kelley, 33, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with reckless operation, no license and speeding.

An Oct. 18 pretrial was set for Dakota Lee Powell, 26, state Route 39, Wellsville, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly damaging his parents’ home during a dispute on Thursday.

A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for Christine M. Luengas Garcia, 42, Midland, Pa., cited with speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

William J. Davidson, 33, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
