Grand Jury

LISBON — Jordan Nathaniel McMillan, 27, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on June 27, 2020.

Court News

LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Stephen W. Camp, 36, Industry, Pa., stipulated to violating the terms of his community control and it was dishonorably terminated. Camp was sentenced to nine months in prison for possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound for drugs in his possession on May 14, 2019.

Sterling Antione Fant, also known as Slip, 35, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a misdemeanor offense. He was placed on one-year of probation. On June 1, 2019, Fant had a 2015 Kia Soul belonging to Patricia Edgell, an elderly person.


LISBON — In county Municipal Court Casey A. Schultz, 27, Cambridge, was fined $650, credited with three days in jail and sentenced to an additional four days in jail for obstructing official business and open container after he refused to identify himself when he was a back seat passenger with an open container of alcohol on the floor in front of him in a vehicle stopped on state Route 14 in Columbiana on Friday.

An OVI citation against Antonio Deleon, 27, Market Street, Columbiana, was dismissed after it was determined to be a duplicate charge.
