LISBON – Derrick L. Duvall, 47, Youngstown, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having buprenorphine in his possession on Dec. 6, 2019. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in July.
LISBON – Dana Inherst, 30, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control he was placed on for charges of domestic violence and endangering children. Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam sentenced Inherst to a year in the county jail with credit for 264 days already served, leaving him 101 days to remain incarcerated. His community control was dishonorably terminated. Inherst has been placed on community control after harming Cierra Whaley in October of 2018, while placing a 19-month-old child in danger.
LISBON — An Oct. 25 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for James Lee Spurlock, 25, state Route 170, Negley, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension and two counts of traffic control device violations.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Tom Frank Tofilski, 35, Poland, cited with OVI second offense and speeding.
Sashe Ganice Davis, 28, Youngstown, pleaded no contest to possessing criminal tools and soliciting, both misdemeanor charges. Sentencing is set for Oct. 7. On Aug. 27, Davis used an iPhone 12 to arrange sexual activities with an undercover agent in exchange for $200.
A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Christopher A. Kleinhans, 35, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly getting upset with his girlfriend, Heather Cubberley, who is reportedly six-weeks pregnant with his child on Aug. 29, leading to him grabbing her arms, pulling her hair, spitting in her face several times and biting her face at Dairy Queen in Salem.
An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Susie Jo Gough, 19, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly throwing things at her brother during an argument, hitting him in the head with one of them and leading to him being taken to the emergency room on Tuesday.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Keith E. Dennis, 41, Gaston Place, East Liverpool, charged with possession of a schedule four substance, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia for substances, including buprenorphine, and a glass pipe he allegedly had in his possession on March 11.
A Nov. 16 pretrial was set for Briand L. Shaffer Jr., 30, Cortland, cited with driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Charlene Marie Sias, 44, Elkton Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.
Timothy Curt Day III, 22, Youngstown, was fined $300 for possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Christopher D. Price, 38, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, cited with possession of drug abuse instrument for allegedly having a syringe under the seat of the vehicle, where he was seated. The item reportedly was found with the assistance of K-9 Hunter of the sheriff’s department.
Angel Roberto Rodriguez Rivera, 23, Youngstown, was fined $295 for no license and speeding.
Daniel A. Dochterman, 54, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for being publicly intoxicated on Tuesday.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Renea L. Waggoner, 38, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, cited with disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting or threatening to fight on Aug. 6.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Stephen P. McKimmie, 30, South 12th Street, Beloit, charged with criminal damaging for punching a windshield and ripping off the rear-view mirror of a 2017 Ford Fusion owned by his mother, Debra Hurford, in June.
An Oct. 28 pretrial was set for Stacy M. Ferguson, 50, Lodi, cited with possession of drugs for four alprazolam pills found in her possession during a traffic stop in December of 2018.
