LISBON — Kimberly M. Jackson, 35, High Street, Leetonia, was served a secret indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs and possession of LSD, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly having methamphetamines and LSD in her possession on Jan. 30, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
LISBON — Damale D. Thomas, 29, Cleveland, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification for drugs and $425 he had on Aug. 29, 2019. He faces up to two and a half years in prison and a $7,500 fine, as well as a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for June 25.
Gerald A. Jackson, 37, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for having methamphetamines on Nov. 22, 2019. He requested immediate sentencing and was placed on three years of community control.
LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Brian D. Gaudet, 63, South Salem-Warren Road, Canfield, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to display a valid sticker.
A May 20 pretrial was set for Ayoub Osman Garmareldin Abdalla, 37, Akron, cited with speeding.
