Grand Jury

LISBON – William S. McMillan, 27, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment charging him with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. Between June 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020, McMillan allegedly had a 1999 Ford F-250 pickup belonging to Travis A. Swinehart. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.


LISBON — A May 11 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Andrew P. Taylor, 38, James Drive, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and endangering children for allegedly grabbing the steering wheel of a Jeep driven by Julie Waggoner, causing the vehicle to crash and overturn with a 13-year-old in the backseat on March 27.

A May 17 pretrial was set for Christian M. Chappell, 46, Bethel Drive, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.

A May 24 pretrial was set for Seth Robert Coonce, 18, Stratton Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption.

A March 25 pretrial was set for Kacey A. Rohaley, 52, Main Street, Leetonia, charged with illegal sue of possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a glass pipe with residue in her purse during a traffic stop on Feb. 15.

A May 20 pretrial was set for Clinton Maxwell Tolson, 18, Fifth Street, Beloit, cited with a turn signals violation and open container for an open Bud Light can and Coors Light can.
