LISBON — Harley David Falkner, 27, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and a forfeiture specification of money in a drug case.
Falkner allegedly had methamphetamines and $15 from a drug transaction on July 23. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in March.
LISBON — An April 8 preliminary hearing was set for Samantha L. Crawford, 34, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility for allegedly having two syringes hidden inside a flashlight when she was taken to the county jail on a warrant on March 24.
Stacy R. Love, 42, state Route 164, Leetonia, was found guilty of OVI first offense and a turn signal violation. She was fined $905, had her license suspended for a year, sentenced to three days in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service.

Oates, 45, April Road, Salineville, charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing for allegedly assaulted Pamela Snay multiple times near Logtown Road near the Greenway Trail on March 28, when he reportedly threatened to kill her numerous times by shooting her, drowning her and cutting her head off.
An April 15 pretrial was set for Michael L. Matheson, 37, Wooster, charged with assault for allegedly kicking Gary Ohler Jr. in the hand, spitting on him and striking him in the face on Feb. 20, 2019.
A May 17 pretrial was set for Julie Ann Waggoner, 33, Sumner Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI, failure to control and endangering children for allegedly driving while intoxicated with her 13-year-old son in the back seat of a Jeep SUV that went off the road and overturned on March 27.
An April 8 pretrial was set for Tiffany M. Sattler, 29, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with endangering children for allegedly overdosing inside her home on March 13, requiring three doses of Narcan to revive her before she was transported to East Liverpool City Hospital, while her three children ages 3, 4 and 10, and one of her children’s 11-year-old friends were in her care.
A May 25 pretrial was set for Ronnie E. Colvin Jr., 41, Columbia Street, Salem, cited with receiving stolen property for allegedly using Jason Coblentz’ credit card to purchase lottery tickets from a machine on Oct. 22.

EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, John R. Sullivan Jr., Belmont Avenue, waived his preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary and criminal damaging.
Ashley D. Bable, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $1,025 and given 90 days in jail (10 imposed) for OVI (above .17) and no license.
Kevin G. Kisner, Purinton Avenue, was fined $350 and given 180 days in jail (15 imposed), and 40 community service hours for violating a protection order.
David L. Todd, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $500 plus costs and 40 community service hours and 180 days (15 imposed) in jail for aggravated menacing, criminal damaging and disorderly conduct.
Katelind E. Moore, Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $200 and given 40 community service hours and a 30-day suspended jail sentence for driving under FRA suspension and right of way.
David L. Harvey, Carrollton, was fined $250 and given 40 community service hours and a 30-day suspended jail sentence for possession of marijuana and fictitious plates.
